1. About this site
Voice of Creation is a free, personal, non-commercial project by Craig Walker, offered as a gift. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
2. Personal use only
This site is free, for personal use only. You may not sell, charge for, or license music made here, or offer it as a paid service to others.
Before making music, the site asks you to tick a box that says: “I have read this and agree not to sell or charge for music made here.” Ticking it is your agreement to this section.
You’re welcome to share your own creations freely with family, friends and anyone else, as long as no money changes hands.
3. Informational and experiential only
Voice of Creation is for creativity, reflection and enjoyment. It is not medical, psychological or health advice, and it is not a treatment for any condition.
The brainwave series, the verse feature (including the “Barely there” choice) and the NASA sounds make no health or mind-change claims. The research on these topics is mixed and limited, so please treat anything you experience as personal and experiential.
- If you have any health concerns, please talk to your doctor.
- If you feel unwell, dizzy or uncomfortable while listening, stop.
- Always listen at a comfortable, low volume.
- If you have epilepsy or another seizure disorder, please use caution and check with your doctor before using rhythmic or pulsing sounds.
- Don’t listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your full attention.
4. Your content and rights
You are responsible for what you load into the site, including your hum, your DNA file, any music, and your verse and words. Please use only material you made yourself or have the right to use.
When you use the “Inspire” feature, the result is inspired by your music, not a copy of it.
5. Privacy
Everything is processed on your own device. Nothing you load is uploaded or stored by the site, and the song maker page never sends anything anywhere. There are no cookies, no tracking scripts and no accounts.
The site saves nothing on your device unless you choose Remember on this device when you agree to these terms, or Keep my journal on this device in your listening journal. If you do, your browser keeps only a small note that you agreed to this version of the terms (no name, no music, nothing sent), so you are not asked again on this device. “Clear everything” erases it, as does clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. If these terms change, you are asked to agree again.
Your listening journal stays on your device. It is kept only in the open page unless you tick Keep my journal on this device, and “Delete all entries” or “Clear everything” erases it.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. The web host (Cloudflare) keeps standard anonymous server statistics, such as page view counts, without cookies or tracking scripts on these pages. As part of hosting, Cloudflare may also keep standard technical server logs. Craig does not try to identify visitors.

The NASA sounds are public domain and are credited to NASA. Their use does not imply any endorsement by NASA.
Voice of Creation includes an independent tribute to the composer Stuart Mitchell. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Stuart Mitchell, his family or his company, and his compositions and creative work remain his own.
Voice of Creation was inspired by Craig Walker’s own Bio-Tuning® session with Dr. Jeffrey Thompson. It does not use, copy, or recreate Dr. Thompson’s Bio-Tuning method, measurements, or recordings, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or reviewed by Dr. Thompson or the Center for Neuroacoustic Research. Bio-Tuning® is a trademark of its owner.
7. Provided “as is”
The site and the music made with it are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Craig Walker is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the site or of music made with it. You use the site at your own risk.
8. Age
If you are under 18, please use the site with a parent or guardian’s OK.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
11. Accessibility
The goal is for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA: it works with a keyboard and screen readers, has a skip link, labelled controls, visible focus, enough colour contrast, and reflows on small screens and at 200% text size. It has been checked with automated tools and by hand, but this is a goal, not a legal certification, and some things may still be hard to use (for example, the downloadable PDFs are tagged, text-based copies, but they may read less smoothly with a screen reader than the web pages). If anything gets in your way, please tell us using the contact in section 12 below, and say what device, browser and assistive technology you use. Accessibility feedback is very welcome.
